Marketing website privacy notice

Scope

This notice applies to the public Kidsible marketing website and information submitted to request a product walkthrough. Product data handled for customers is governed separately by applicable customer agreements and product-specific privacy documentation.

Information the website is designed to collect

• Contact and programme information you choose to submit, such as your name, work email, optional phone number, organisation, role, location, programme type, approximate size, current software, interest, timeline, and workflow challenge.
• Technical request information normally processed by the website host, such as IP address, device/browser details, requested page, timestamps, and security logs.
• Information you send directly by email or phone.

Do not submit information about a child, family, employee, health matter, incident, or other sensitive person through the public walkthrough-request form.

Purposes

• Respond to an inquiry and assess whether a Kidsible conversation is appropriate.
• Arrange and support a product, implementation, privacy, or security discussion.
• Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the public website.
• Meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Service providers

The website and walkthrough-request form are hosted by Hostinger. Form submissions are processed on the Kidsible website and delivered to the Kidsible mailbox responsible for follow-up.

No non-essential analytics is included in the current website. If analytics or a consent-management provider is enabled, this notice and the cookie notice will be updated before data collection begins.

Use, disclosure, and retention

Kidsible limits access to people who need the information to respond, operate the website, provide security, or meet legal obligations. Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Kidsible does not sell inquiry information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Security

Kidsible applies reasonable safeguards to the marketing website and inquiry systems. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. Product-security controls are addressed separately on the security and privacy review page.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information submitted through the marketing website. Contact info@kidsible.com.

Kidsible may update this notice when its website practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
